The Qur’anic basis for this fact is His saying, Glory be to Him: “If there were gods among them except Allah, they would have been corrupted. So glory be to Allah, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.” Because He is the Creator.

And Allah spoke the truth when he said: “If there were gods among them except Allah, they would have been corrupted. So glory be to Allah, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.”, and he says: {Whatever Allah has taken of a son, and he who has no god with him, then every god will take away what he created, and they will be with each other.}, and also says

{مَا اتَّخَذَ اللَّهُ مِن وَلَدٍ وَمَا كَانَ مَعَهُ مِنْ إِلَهٍ إِذاً لَّذَهَبَ كُلُّ إِلَهٍ بِمَا خَلَقَ وَلَعَلَا بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ }. ويقول : {قُل لَّوْ كَانَ مَعَهُ آلِهَةٌ كَمَا يَقُولُونَ إِذاً لاَّبْتَغَوْاْ إِلَى ذِي الْعَرْشِ سَبِيلاً }

does Islam faith believe in?

Faith is Islam, and Islam is faith at all, because faith is the ratification of the hearts and everything related to Islam from words or deeds, and Islam also is submission to Allah and submission to Him by His monotheism, sincerity to Him, obedience to His commands and abandoning His prohibitions.

If one of them is released, it includes the other, as he said: The religion with Allah is Islam, meaning: faith is included in that.

But if they are combined, then Islam is the outward deeds, and faith is the inner deeds, if he combines them, as in the hadith of Gabriel that he asked the Prophet, peace be upon him, about Islam and faith, then the Prophet, peace be upon him, explained Islam to him in apparent matters such as the two testimonies, prayer, zakat, fasting, and Hajj.

He explained to him belief in inward matters, saying: To believe in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day, and the Decree, its good and its evil, this is known as 6 articles of faith in Islam.

This is the difference between them when they meet. Islam is what is meant by outward deeds, and faith is inward deeds, and if in one of them, the other is included.

And this is how he said, peace be upon him: Faith has seventy branches, the best of which is saying: There is no god but Allah, and the lowest of which is the removal of harm from the road, and modesty is a branch of faith,…..: Faith has seventy branches, this includes Islam, and for this he mentioned: The best faith does not There is no god but Allah, and it is the origin of Islam. This indicates that if faith is released, Islam enters into it, and so if Islam is released, faith enters into it according to the Sunnis.

To Summarise, we have explained the meaning of faith in Islam, and there is an implicit difference between both faith and Islam, as it is intended by faith to be absolute assent, but when it refers to the Islamic faith, it means adherence to what the Sharia has brought and affirmation of the oneness of Allah Almighty, and this is what is known as the pillars of faith in Islam.

As for the pillar of faith in Islam, they are 5 article of faith in Islam, as we mentioned in the honorable hadith narrated on the authority of the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and the first article of faith in Islam is bearing witness that there is no God but Allah.
