Delicious craft gins that can turn gin haters into gin lovers

Craft gin is a beverage in a world of its own. It is an extremely unique tasting and aromatic drink, that is certainly worth a try. While gin may not be everyone’s cup of liquor (so to speak), here are a few craft gins that will surely turn any gin hater into a gin lover, because of the flavourful experience that they offer.

Pink Ludlow Gin: A deliciously floral pink tinted gin made using botanicals such as hibiscus, orange, peppercorns, coriander, orris root and of course juniper. It offers a very citrussy, complex flavour profile with just the right amount of warmth.

Fisher’s Gin: Containing many rare botanicals like spignel, rock samphire, bog myrtle and wood avens, this gin offers a very herbaceous flavour profile with a subtle sweetness to it.

Archangel Gin: Made using many local botanicals, including sea buckthorn, this is a smooth tasting zesty gin that offers a strong unique taste. No wonder it is called a “heavenly spirit”!

Warner’s London Dry Gin: A rich tasting gin made using botanicals grown on the distillery’s own farms, such as angelica root, lemon verbena and lavender. It offers a citrussy taste with strong hints of juniper, and is the ideal gin for a delicious G&T.

Ramsbury Gin: Made using juniper berries hand-picked on Salisbury Plain, this gin has a unique citrus flavour and floral aroma to it, with a smooth fruit finish.

Three Seasons Gin: Offering notes of British florals through the changing seasons, it is made using seasonal botanicals such as blackcurrant leaf and rose. The bottle this gin comes in is a collector’s item in itself, and is priced quite high.

Silent Pool Gin: A very floral gin made using 24 botanicals, including lavender, chamomile, juniper, citrus and honey, as well as fresh spring water from Arbury Estate.

Sipsmith London Dry Gin: Offering taste notes of lemon, juniper and pepper, and is quite the popular newcomer into the world of gin.
