Elon Musk has been taking one big decision after another since buying Twitter. The biggest change is the inclusion of payment for 'blue tick' subscriptions. For 'blue tick' i.e. verified accounts on Twitter, the user will now have to pay $ 8 (about Rs 660) every month.

However, he has also clarified that the fees will vary from country to country. Along with this, he has also told what benefits people will get under Blue subscription.
Price may be lower in India
What will be the cost of Twitter Blue subscription in India is not clear at the moment. Other subscription services are generally more expensive in the US, but they cost less in India. For example, Netflix's subscription service is the cheapest.
These features will be available under Twitter Blue subscription:
· Priority will be given in reply, mention and search. According to Elon Musk, this feature will help curb spam and scams.
· Twitter Blue subscribers will get to see half the ads as compared to normal users.
· Under Twitter Blue subscription, users will now be able to post longer videos and audios.
· Musk has also said that Twitter Blue subscribers can also read paid articles for free if publishers enter into a contract with Twitter.
