Indore. The death toll has more than doubled in the accident that took place on Thursday at Beleshwar Mahadev Jhulelal Temple in Sneh Nagar, Indore.
The army took charge in the night, after which the number of dead had increased to 20 by 12 o'clock in the night. The dead bodies were taken to the postmortem house, where postmortem of 35 people was done till 5 am.
CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan reached Apple Hospital at around 9:30 am on Friday morning and met the injured. He instructed the doctors as well as the district administration to provide the best treatment to the injured. He also inquired about the accident from the people. Shivraj, Home Minister Narottam Mishra and Cabinet Minister Tulsiram Silavat also reached the spot. Seeing the CM and the ministers, the residents got angry. They raised slogans of Hi-Hi and Murdabad against the government.
