You have to be humble. You have to admit when you're wrong. You have to accept
responsibility for your actions. You have to be honest. You have to be open
minded. You have to be kind. You have to be forgiving.

You have to keep trying. You have to try again and again. You have to keep
going back to the drawing board until you find the solution. You have to keep
