We offer two beautiful locations; Millstream Commons is in the heart of historic downtown Northfield, MN and The Villages of Lonsdale is nestled along the banks of Harvest Pond with a country setting in Lonsdale, Minnesota. Both locations also provide short-term respite care.
Our philosophy is to keep you as independent as possible, so you can focus on the things you enjoy. We take care of the rest!
You’ll enjoy the dining experience as our chefs pride themselves on delicious menus and daily snacks during afternoon get-together. Both location provide Live2BHealthy exercise classes with professional trainers and ongoing activities and outings to keep you as busy as you wish. But make time to enjoy sitting by the fireplace or simply enjoy your spacious apartment. Friends and family are a part of your life and are always welcome.
