The International English Language Testing System, or IELTS, is a non-native English language competence exam that is internationally standardised. It was founded in 1989 and is jointly managed by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge Assessment English. We will explore several top institutions that do not require IELTS.
