What is the Uht processing equipment?
Ultra-high temperature (UHT) processing equipment sterilises liquid food indefinitely. The equipment is housed in a steel, glass, or stainless steel chamber that is filled with gas or steam. Steam circulates through several tube coils to fill the chamber, while a gas enters the chamber from below the food level and then flows upwards through coils.
