There are numerous ways to harvest these resources in the game however Buy Lost Ark Gold, if your goal isn't to be restricted to daily dungeons or raids, there are other quests to complete to get these resources.Generally, you can do the quests one time per character and be rewarded with Harmony Shards each time. Other rewards can only be claimed each time you log in. Below are the quests whose completion rewards those resources.
A lot of quests will reward Harmony Shards in the game. There are two categories of quests: ones from the islands and those found on the continents. In most of the islands of into the Sea of Gienah, there are yellow quests scattered which offer honing equipment of tier one. It can be stones or shards. You can check out the list of rewards by speaking to the NPC that is directing the quests to determine if you'd like to finish them or not.
The same goes for tier-one regions, such as North Vern, Shushire, and Rohendel. If you notice a yellow icon on the map, just visit that area and speak with the NPC to determine whether the quest is worth it or not based on its rewards. Some of the main island quests the purple ones, also provide Harmony Shards as a reward, in addition to being awarded the Island Token. Below is a list of islands in question:
There are Una's Tasks which reward Harmony Shards, too. You can view the list using Alt+J, or by clicking on the menu on the Adventure tab. There is a chance to complete three missions every day, as for weekly tasks. If you're still in the need of Harmony Shards, you can also buy some directly in the game's shops, such as those in the Guild Shop (depending on its level) by trading them in exchange for Sylmael bloodstones or a Merchant Ship. They come with an annual cap on them cheap Lost Ark Gold, but they are not capped for the week.
