Biodegradable Tableware Improves Degradability, Biocompatibility, And Biological Safety
Biodegradable Tableware, such as bowls, plates, cups, and meal trays, can degrade within a few months of being thrown away.

Biodegradable Tableware is made of substances that can be easily converted into simple organic molecules by bacteria or other living things. Paper, plastic, bamboo, palm leaf, sugarcane bagasse (fiber left over after juice extraction), wood pulp, and wheat straw are some of the materials used to make the dinnerware, which also includes plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Alternatives to traditional dinnerware consisting of glass, metal, or plastic that takes hundreds of years to break down in landfills include biodegradable tableware.

Natural fibers are incorporated into a matrix or resin, a polymer made of renewable materials and created through compression or injection, to create biodegradable cutlery. It serves as an alternative to the widely used non-biodegradable plastics. When compared to ordinary plastic, which persists in the environment and creates environmental risks, Biodegradable Tableware such as spoons, forks, sporks, bowls, plates, and teacups provide significant advantages including degradability, biocompatibility, and biological safety. Food can be served hot or cold using biodegradable cutlery at temperatures between -300 C and 850 C.
