Through the pyrolysis process, recycled carbon black (rCB) is produced from used tires and plastic trash. Due to its eco-friendliness and capacity to lower carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, Recovered Carbon Black has greater benefits than virgin carbon black. rCB is utilized in a variety of processes, including the creation of non-tier rubber goods and plastic compounds, among others. When tires are recycled, a material called recovered carbon black is removed that has a low environmental impact.
Through the pyrolysis of used tires, Recovered Carbon Black is created. Once it has been cleaned, recovered carbon black can replace traditional carbon black by being used to make new rubber tires. In numerous non-tire rubber goods, such as rubber roofs, gaskets, seals, hoses, rubber sheets, geo-membranes, and conveyor belts, recovered carbon black is employed as a cost-effective material for industrial purposes. Comparing the production of recovered carbon black to that of typical virgin carbon black, there is a considerable reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and CO2 emissions.
