SEC vs Ripple: Ripple wins big as US judge rejects SEC’s attorney-client privilege claims

According to recent updates provided by defence attorney James K. Filan on July 13, US Judge Sarah Netburn of the US District Court denied the SEC’s request to use the attorney-client privilege to shield records pertaining to William Hinman’s speech in its action against Ripple whilst calling out the SEC for their “hypocrisy.”
