The Supreme Court on Tuesday sought Delhi's response to a plea by Bajaj Auto, the third-largest three-wheeler manufacturer in India, challenging the Arvind Kejriwal Government's decision to issue 4,261 new permits only to e-autos allegedly in complete exclusion of CNG-run auto rickshaws.
