Canon Pixma TR150 Setup | Unboxing and Driver Download

UNPACK:

1. Unbox the printer and check if all the other printer accessories are present in the box.
2. Peel off the orange tapes and remove the packaging covers from the printer.
3. Unfold the tray cover and remove the protective materials inside the printer.

POWER CONNECTION:

1. Attach the power cord between the printer and an electrical wall socket.



2. Hold the power button on the operational panel on the printer until the led turns on.



3. Now, use the navigation keys to select the language of your choice on the display panel by pressing the OK button.



4. Select the  Start setupmenu to proceed.

PRINT HEAD INSTALLATION:

1. Lift the print head cover and make sure not to touch the print head, which is moving, until it stops 
2. Gently push the print head lock inwards and lift the print head tabs.
3. Now, take out the new print head from the package and discard the protective material.
4. Don’t touch the metal contacts of the print head, and carefully insert the print head keeping the up arrow mark inwards.
5. After that, lower the print head lock and then adjust the tabs such that it sets in a position.

INK TANKS INSTALLATION:

1. Unpack the new ink tank and take off the protective cover from it.
2. Place the ink tank in the slot next to the print head with the up arrow mark going towards the Canon Pixma TR150 setup and lock it in a position.
3. If the ink tank snaps in the right position, the LED on the ink tank glows.
4. There are two ink tanks; black and color, see that you set the tanks in their slots.
5. Then, lower the print head cover and close.

PAPER FEED:

1. When the printer display prompts to start the alignment, select  Yesto continue.
2. Move the paper guide to the left end and then arrange the paper such that the print side faces up, against the right end.
3. Adjust the paper guide to the paper edge.Following that, the printer detects the paper type. Select  Nextand go on to set up the printer.
4. If the printer display shows the ink tank colors, it denotes that the setup is complete.

Canon Pixma TR150 Driver Download

You need the printer driver to manage the printer operations from the computer. The printer driver setup package is available on the printer CD-ROM provided while purchasing. In case you do not have the CD, you can download the driver setup package online.

1. Open the web browser on your computer and visit the official Canon website.
2. Find the printer model Canon PIXMA TR150 using the search bar and open its support page.
3. Click the  Drivers & Downloadstab and then choose your  Operating System from the drop-down list. 
4. Pick the  Languageand click the  Select button.After that, select the  Download button to download the driver setup package.
